Cake Flavours & Portion Guide

At Emily’s Pantry we pride ourselves on using only the finest ingredients. We are passionate about taste and love working on new flavour combinations. We use locally sourced free range eggs and only use the finest Belgian chocolate and cocoa powder for our rich chocolate cakes and desserts. Only the best pure vanilla bean pods for all vanilla infused cakes and again we use fine Belgian white chocolate for all white chocolate cakes, desserts and infusions.

To flavour our cakes we make our own homemade syrups, pralines, jams and caramel fillings and source seasonal Irish Fruit where possible.

Serving portions are based on slice of 1″ x 1″ x 4″ in size.

All our cakes are made to order to meet individual requirements, therefore we cannot give a set price as designs, sizes, and flavors vary. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

It’s very important to consider the style of wedding cake when choosing the overall size in tiers. Visually certain designs and style are best suited to particular tier sizes; I help my brides choose the perfect size to match their style.

Another option is to have some artificial or false tiers, especially if you want a more elaborate cake design you may want a statement cake of several tiers. To create height in your cake, you may choose to have taller tiers, rather than an extra cake tier.
