BUTTERCREAM DARK CHOCOLATE LAYER CAKE
This will provide a lovely alternative to an iced cake. Master the techniques of layering, filling and finishing your cake with chocolate ganache and buttercream. Piping techniques and palette knife finishes will be covered and each student will decide on their overall cake finish. At the end of class each student will leave with a beautiful chocolate cake to take home and enjoy! To secure your place on any of our class dates, a 50% booking deposit is required.

SUGAR FLOWERS AND BLOSSOMS
This unique sugar floristry workshop and tutorial, is highly recommended. Students will master the art of Pastel Garden Roses, Rosebuds, Pastel Hydrangea Blooms and Leaves – all handcrafted with flower paste, taped and wired. The flowers will be dusted with petal dust and steamed to create a life-like colour effect.

VINTAGE CUPCAKE MASTERCLASS
Master the art of fondant covered cupcakes. Learn how to bake the perfect cupcake and to make decorations to adorn each cupcake. Delicately hand crafted flowers, bows, piping and lots of other lovely sugar decoration techniques will be covered. Creativity will be encouraged, you will leave with a new skill set and your own beautiful custom made collection of bespoke cupcakes to take home. ROMANTIC ANEMONE MASTERCLASS
Covering all basic techniques, we will work with a dummy tier in this class. Layer & mask the individual tier, cover with sugarpaste and ice a cake board. Master the art of making a beautiful sugar anemone, including wiring, taping and dusting techinques. To secure your place on any of our class dates, a 50% booking deposit is required.

Class numbers are kept small with a maximum of 3-4 people per class to enable the best possible attention and teaching. All courses include materials and your creations will be boxed up for you to take away at the end of the class together with a certificate of attendance.
